Job responsibilities:
Work with our existing buyer prospects, leads, and clients. Prospect, network, and generate new buyer & seller leads, convert buyer leads to clients, and close for appointments. Hold open houses, and networking events. Implement property search for buyers. Schedule, conduct, and manage showings. Write winning contracts and negotiate to secure contracts. Manage escrows to close. Conduct and manage inspections including final walk-through. Deliver property to client, and manage marketing activities beyond close.
Provide excellent support to our clients and help expand our client base. Manage client communication/relation, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A valid California Real Estate License is required for this job
- 2+ years of real estate experience required.
- Familiar with CAR contracts.
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Communicate effectively both orally and written.
- Embody a professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone, and in-person.
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
