I'm Ron Delan, the Team Leader for the Delan Group Team brokered by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - California Properties at Monarch Beach; a team that thrives on helping clients to buy and sell real estate, while providing highest level of customer satisfaction.
I am looking for a multifaceted team member to help us expand our reach.
You thrive on supporting us expand our client-base while providing highest level of client satisfaction. You are a service-oriented, tech savvy, self-disciplined, self-starter, creative, energetic, and highly motivated person that wants to help others. You see the path to your success goes through the success of others; and you are willing to do what it takes to make it happen. In this support role, you will execute campaigns to attract leads, and convert them into clients. You will help improve and create new marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, multi-media presentations, and other collateral. You will utilize existing systems and media (e.g., lead/client management systems, websites and social media) to expand markets, and client-base. Provide support to the sales team; improve listing presentation, enhance listing packets, and ensure listing agent is prepared for each and every listing appointment. You'll manage showings, and take on other tasks as needed to achieve success.
Some of the technologies we utilize: Web-based systems. Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Apple platforms, Photo manipulation, cloud drives, web content management, social media, etc. Google Apps, etc.
*You have chosen to work in real estate industry. Either you have a current DRE license, or you are pursuing one. You live within proximity of our office:
