A veteran Executive of the High-Tech industry, Ron worked in real estate starting at the age of 22. His passion for real estate and helping others led him to a full-time professional career in real estate in 2001. Ron has excellent client relationship skills, outstanding problem-solving abilities, expert offer initiation, and negotiation skills, abundant patience, and exceptional communication abilities. Ron is the founder of QSS Corporation, where he served as the President and CEO. Ron has lectured at Stanford University and San Jose State University.

Nasrin Delan
As a veteran high-tech executive, Nasrin managed the Executive Briefing Center at Cisco Systems, working directly with John Chambers (CEO and Chairman of Cisco Systems). She managed international groups of program managers (Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe). As a result, she established relationships with high-level executives at Cisco Systems and many of the companies she invited to visit the Briefing Center. She has acquired the necessary skills to market to this audience of high-level executives. Working with International executives, she has also acquired the skills needed to market to international executive buyers.

Naseem Larson

With Honor's Admission, Naseem graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelors degree in Economics (top ranking program), and began her career working with Delan Group in 2010. In just 3 short months, she helped the team sell over $5 million in property sales while successfully launching a YouTube channel with more than 72,000+ followers.
Soon after, Naseem decided to expand her expertise in sales and enter the field of software sales. She has worked for some of the world’s leading tech companies such as Apple and Alteryx. With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Naseem worked vigorously to earn and keep her customer’s trust. She consistently delivered top results with a customer-centric approach. Throughout the years, having bought and sold multiple properties, it quickly became apparent the growing problem in Real Estate: too many cookie cutter agents and not enough focus on the customer.
She realized the need for helping clients make the process of buying and selling real estate easier, faster and better than ever before.
